Job Description
You will own endpoint security and IT operations as a senior individual contributor. This hands-on role involves managing a global estate of Windows, macOS, and Linux devices using tools like NinjaOne and Tenable. You'll drive vulnerability remediation, build PowerShell automations, and support global teams while maintaining rigorous ISO 27001 security standards.

What You Will Do
- Lead first- and second-line support for global offices in the UK, US, and China, managing the entire incident lifecycle through Jira Service Management.
- Drive the 14-day endpoint remediation SLA by monitoring vulnerabilities in Tenable and implementing fixes across Windows, macOS, and Linux via NinjaOne.
- Automate deployment and security workflows using PowerShell to improve endpoint health, encryption coverage, and identity management across Google Workspace and Entra ID.
The ideal candidate
- Minimum of 4 years in IT support or security operations with deep expertise in Windows environments and practical experience in macOS or Linux.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for creating, testing, and deploying RMM automations and security scripts safely at scale.
- Proven experience with the modern security stack, specifically NinjaOne, Tenable, and ThreatLocker, alongside identity management in Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID.
