We’re hiring a Senior IT Support Technician to join Telemat

If you’re experienced in 2nd/3rd line support, IT installations, Wi-Fi or network cabling, and you like getting hands-on to solve problems properly, this could be a good fit.

This isn’t a role where you’ll just sit behind a helpdesk. You’ll be working across technical support, installations and infrastructure, helping customers with everything from complex IT issues to Wi-Fi deployments and network cabling.

What you’ll actually do:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support across a range of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues
  • Support Microsoft 365
  • Carry out IT installations
  • Deliver Wi-Fi installations
  • Carry out network cabling
  • Support infrastructure upgrades

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You don’t need to tick every box. If you’re stronger in IT support but have less installation experience, or your background is more installation, Wi-Fi and cabling focused, we would still like to hear from you.

What matters most is that you have strong practical IT and troubleshooting skills, a hands-on approach and the confidence to work through technical problems methodically.
