Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

THE PROCESS

Long interview processes are stressful and boring and that is not us

We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

So here you will have three stage interviews:

  1. A chat with one of our great recruiters.
  2. A zoom chat with one of our Java colleagues where they will ask you detailed questions about Java knowledge and your experience.
  3. A Face to Face interview (either in our office or via Zoom). During this interview, we will dig even deeper, and you will have a technical task to do. You will also have a chat with our local director.

A little tip for you during those stages:

Collaboration is massively important to us, so don't hesitate to share your thoughts, ask questions, ask for help if needed, etc :)

Background check: the employment/engagement is subject to an acceptable background check that will be run by Adaptive
