We're partnering with a mission-driven B2B start-up using technology and content, to help solve the growing skills gap created by the transition to a greener economy.
They're now evolving the product into a broader L&D platform, building new training capabilities and increasingly AI/agentic-led products that can deliver, assess and improve training.

They're looking for a Senior, backend-leaning Full Stack Engineer to join initially for 6 months.
A major focus will be bringing more of the technology in-house, reducing reliance on third-party platforms and giving the team greater control over the product.

Working directly with the Technical Lead in a team of three, you'll have significant ownership across backend architecture, data, APIs, integrations and product development.

- Building new products and features end-to-end
- Developing backend services and APIs in TypeScript
- Designing data models and working extensively with PostgreSQL
- Building third-party integrations
- Contributing across Next.js applications
- Helping bring core technology in-house
- Building new AI / LLM-led product capabilities
- Making architectural decisions alongside the Technical Lead

What They're Looking For
- Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend lean
- Strong TypeScript experience
- PostgreSQL / SQL and data modelling experience
- Strong API and integration experience
- Product-minded with evidence of owning features end-to-end
- Comfortable operating autonomously in an early-stage start-up
- Available immediately or within 1 week
Nice to have: Supabase, AI/LLM or agentic products, EdTech/LMS experience.
Contract Details | £400/day | 6 Months | UK/EU Remote | Immediate Start
Maximum two-stage interview process with the intention of moving quickly.
