A Charter Role with Business Already Coming Through the Door
Most charter opportunities give you one of two options: inherit accounts you don’t own or build an entirely cold desk with little support. This gives you both.
You’ll receive qualified opportunities from an established three-person business development team while retaining the freedom to build your own client portfolio, win new business and increase your earnings.
You’ll have the backing, operator network and international reach of an established global aviation business and be recognised and rewarded for the efforts you contribute to the business.
What will you be doing?
- Build and own a portfolio of passenger charter clients
- Convert qualified opportunities passed across by the business development team
- Generate new clients through outreach, networking, referrals, networking and relationships
- Manage the full charter lifecycle from first enquiry through to flight completion
- Source aircraft globally and negotiate directly with airlines and operators
- Create commercially competitive quotations while protecting margin
- Manage contracts, flight coordination and live operational requirements
- Turn completed flights into repeat business and long-term client relationships
- Develop your own operator and supplier network
- Represent the business at industry events

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who are we looking for?
- A broker with at least 3-4 years’ passenger charter experience
- Someone who can manage a charter independently from enquiry to completion
- A commercially driven broker who actively looks for business
- Someone with a proven record of growing accounts and generating GP
- Confident in aircraft sourcing and operator relationships
- A broker who wants autonomy but still values inbound leads, infrastructure and team support
- Someone able to attend the Surrey office at least three days per week
This isn’t a pure account management position, and it isn’t a cold-desk startup role. You’ll be expected to bring energy to push new business, but you’ll have a team around you generating opportunities for you to work on.
