Responsibilities Of The Senior Job Runner
- Run projects from concept through to completion, including masterplanning
- Develop detailed data centre designs tailored to end-user requirements
- Coordinate project teams and consultants to keep schemes on programme and to a high standard
- Help to strengthen and deliver a well-established pipeline of upcoming work
- Carry out site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Required Skills And Experience
- ARB registered Architect or CIAT accredited Architectural Technologist
- Extensive post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
- Proven track record of running data centre projects
- Strong Revit skills
- Experience managing and mentoring small teams
- Excellent design and technical drawing ability
- Strong attention to detail, with effective communication and organisational skills
- Previous industrial sector experience (advantageous)
- Based within reasonable commuting distance of Manchester
