Our approach to integrated design produces award-winning results that have won international recognition, and we were named CIHT’s Employer of the Year in 2021. Led by a forward-thinking management team, we work together in multi-disciplinary teams that provide services that are well thought out and sustainable.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Kerbside Management Consultant / Design Engineer to join our busy and growing Kerbside Management Team. You will work on a varied programme of on- and off-street parking projects, including Moving traffic enforcement for clients across the UK.

You’ll join a vibrant and experienced team with an impressive track record of delivering high-profile projects for clients inside and outside of London.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, combining technical delivery and project management with stakeholder engagement and team leadership.

What you will be doing:

  • Designing on- and off-street parking restrictions in line with relevant legislation, guidance and best practice.
  • Applying your knowledge of TSRGD, Traffic Signs Manuals and other relevant legislation and guidance.
  • Supporting the Traffic Regulation Order process.
  • Delivering minor parking schemes from inception through to implementation.
  • Managing programmes of work and individual projects to time, quality and budget.
  • Supporting the Principal Consultant with the supervision and development of junior engineers, technicians and graduates.
  • Managing the workload of a small team, including training, quality assurance and risk assessments.
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external teams, including communications and engagement, highways teams, clients and key stakeholders.
  • Liaising confidently with councillors, residents, businesses and other stakeholders on parking and traffic-related matters.
  • Preparing clear and effective technical and non-technical reports for a range of audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
