Evri Premium is bringing together the best of Evri and DHL eCommerce UK to deliver market-leading parcel, mail and international logistics solutions. We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Key Account Manager to join our growing sales team and play a key role in retaining, developing and expanding strategic customer relationships across the UK.
What You'll Do
Reporting into the Commercial team, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key customers nationally. You'll focus on increasing revenue, protecting existing business, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring customers receive outstanding service across our product portfolio.
The role offers a salary range of £40-45K plus car allowance and commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the commercial performance of a portfolio of key accounts, delivering against quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular review meetings and business development activity.
- Increase share of wallet across Domestic, International and Returns services.
- Manage customer records, opportunities, risks and activity within Salesforce CRM.
- Work collaboratively with internal sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and account transitions.
- Support yield management initiatives to improve customer profitability and margin.
- Produce accurate customer revenue and volume forecasts.
- Monitor customer volumes against agreed commitments and proactively manage performance.
- Build strong working relationships across all internal departments to support customer success.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you'll bring a strong blend of account management expertise, commercial awareness and relationship-building capability.
Essential:
- Minimum two years' experience in a Key Account Management, Account Manager or Business Development role.
- Must demonstrate experience of managing large multi-million pound accounts
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills, partnering at all levels of an organisation
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret and utilise customer data.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Proven ability to manage customers across a large geographical territory.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
