About Jordana Ticia Cosmetics

Jordana Ticia Cosmetics is a fast-growing, founder-led beauty brand based in Manchester. Following significant growth across DTC and TikTok Shop, we launched into Space NK in 2026 and are now preparing for our biggest retail expansion to date, launching across the US in 2027. As our retail business grows, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to take ownership of our key retail accounts and ensure we deliver an exceptional standard of execution for our retail partners.

Why Join JTC?

Jordana Ticia Cosmetics is entering a pivotal stage in its journey, making this an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to build their career within a fast-growing beauty brand.

With our UK retail presence established and a major US expansion ahead, you’ll be joining while the business is still small enough to make a real impact, but at a stage where our retail operations are becoming significantly bigger and more complex.

You’ll have the opportunity to take genuine ownership, work closely with the founder and senior leadership team, and play an important role in shaping how our retail function develops.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in the pace and responsibility of a start-up environment and wants to grow alongside the business. As JTC’s retail footprint expands, we see this role developing with it, with significant opportunity for progression and increased responsibility over time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll own the day-to-day management of our retail partners, working across the wider JTC team to ensure launches, projects, assets and retailer requirements are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new retail partners once an account has been secured.
  • Build, own and manage retailer launch timelines and critical paths, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate across Creative, NPD, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and Operations to ensure retailer requirements are completed correctly and on time.

  • Work closely with Creative to coordinate visual merchandising and fixture deadlines, ensuring designs, artwork and assets are delivered in line with retailer timelines.
  • Work closely with Operations and our logistics partners to ensure stock is delivered to retailers and 3PLs accurately and on schedule.
  • Obtain, manage and review retailer sales, sell-through, inventory and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with Merchandising to provide the information needed for stock forecasting, replenishment and inventory planning.
  • Prepare for and participate in retailer trading and account meetings.
  • Monitor account performance, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure actions are followed through.
  • Build and maintain excellent day-to-day relationships with our retail partners.
