Senior Kitchen Surveyor

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Kitchen Surveyor to join their expanding team. This critical role ensures every kitchen is meticulously measured and verified prior to manufacturing and installation.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with design, production, and assembly teams to guarantee seamless project execution. Top-tier precision, deep technical expertise, and exceptional client relations are vital for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct precise on-site kitchen measurements across Ireland.
  • Validate all room parameters, ceiling clearances, floor levels, and wall structural conditions.
  • Spot potential on-site challenges that could impact production or fitting.
  • Generate flawless survey documentation for design and manufacturing departments.
  • Cross-check appliance dimensions and utility connection points.
  • Verify plumbing, electrical wiring, and ventilation setups.
  • Document bespoke features including custom joinery, media walls, utilities, and wardrobes.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, electricians, and site supervisors.
  • Finalize all technical survey details before manufacturing starts.
  • Support teams in troubleshooting technical questions during fabrication and setup.
  • Uphold professional standards as a primary brand representative.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of dedicated kitchen surveying experience.
  • Deep understanding of kitchen layouts and cabinetry fabrication.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern kitchen installation techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading and decoding technical blueprints.
  • Uncompromising focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills paired with practical building knowledge.
  • Valid, clean driving license.
  • High-level communication and time-management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in the field.

Preferred Attributes

  • Hands-on experience with ArtiCAD or equivalent design platforms.
