About Us

From iconic brands and leading multinationals to pioneering start-ups, we are proud to work with a huge range of inspiring clients, helping them to turn their ideas into reality and get the best from - and for - their people.

Our people are not only exceptional at what they do, they also enjoy doing it and consistently give their best to a firm they are proud to be part of. This stems from our firm culture and our ethos of bravery and kindness. That ethos runs through everything we do, from our approach to recruitment, business practices, and DEI activities to the day-to-day environment in our office and our relationships with clients.

With an internationally minded team of more than 800 working across key areas of law – plus strategic partnerships around the world – we’ve got both the combination and calibre of legal experts it takes to enable our clients’ businesses to thrive.

About the Real Estate Team

Our Real Estate Group (which is one team in 3 locations – London, Leeds and Cardiff) has a defined strategy which focuses on:

  • Commercial property for corporate occupiers – this is sector-agnostic and includes offices, retail, leisure/lifestyle, logistics, life sciences with a deep expertise in large HQ moves
  • Property Investment
  • Asset and portfolio management (for investors and corporates)
  • Corporate support and real estate finance
  • Special projects (including development and energy related projects)
  • Construction (transactional and contentious)
  • Real Estate Disputes

Our team comprises 4 Partners, 8 solicitors and a paralegal across the 3 locations. We also have a part-time knowledge lawyer based in London.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Knowledge Lawyer to play a key role in supporting the team, driving practice development initiatives and helping to shape the future direction of our knowledge and innovation offering.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong technical Real Estate expertise with a passion for legal technology, knowledge management and improving how legal services are delivered.

The primary and dominant focus of the role will be supporting the development of our new tech-enabled portfolio management offering, including a major project to automate a range of Real Estate documents and processes at scale. Working closely with partners, lawyers, legal technologists and business services teams, you will help create innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, consistency and client experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
