Senior Land Acquisition Manager

Key Experience & Requirements

  • Strong experience in retail property, site acquisition, or greenfield development.
  • Proven track record of commercial lease negotiations and managing property-related agreements.
  • Ability to manage a complex portfolio independently, prioritising competing requirements effectively.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with confidence navigating legal, financial, planning, property, and delivery considerations.
  • Ability to operate as a senior subject matter expert and mentor, providing guidance and expertise to colleagues without requiring formal line-management responsibility.
  • Positive, approachable, and collaborative personality, with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.
