Senior Land Acquisition Manager
Key Experience & Requirements
- Strong experience in retail property, site acquisition, or greenfield development.
- Proven track record of commercial lease negotiations and managing property-related agreements.
- Ability to manage a complex portfolio independently, prioritising competing requirements effectively.
- Strong commercial judgement, with confidence navigating legal, financial, planning, property, and delivery considerations.
- Ability to operate as a senior subject matter expert and mentor, providing guidance and expertise to colleagues without requiring formal line-management responsibility.
- Positive, approachable, and collaborative personality, with the ability to build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.
