Times 24 is seeking a commercially astute and relationship-driven Senior Acquisition Manager to lead the identification, negotiation, and delivery of new parking opportunities across the UK, with a primary focus on the North West.
This role is ideal for an experienced business development professional who is confident engaging with senior stakeholders across the property, real estate, land development, and housebuilding sectors. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities within development pipelines, and securing long-term commercial agreements that contribute to the growth of the Times 24 portfolio.
Working closely with Commercial Profit Managers, Commercial Profit Executives, and operational teams, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence through partnerships with landowners, developers, managing agents, investment firms, and corporate organizations.
This is a target-driven role with clear KPIs linked to opportunity generation, acquisitions, and successful site openings, supported by an attractive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the property and development sectors, including landowners, housebuilders, developers, managing agents, and commercial property investors.
- Identify and secure new car park opportunities through proactive networking, market engagement, and business development activity.
- Manage the full acquisition lifecycle from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation, agreement, and site opening.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across the North West and wider UK market.
- Engage with decision-makers at director, development, asset management, and land acquisition levels.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms that deliver long-term value for both Times 24 and our clients.
- Monitor regional development activity, planning applications, and land opportunities to identify potential parking partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with internal commercial and operational teams to ensure successful onboarding and mobilisation of new sites.
- Provide accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence to support strategic growth plans.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and development opportunities to identify new revenue streams.
- Represent Times 24 at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to raise brand awareness and generate opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
