Up to £90,000 + market leading land bonus (OTE circa £100k)

We’re hiring a Senior Land Manager to play a key role in driving growth across the East Midlands. You’ll be out in the market, building relationships, unlocking sites, and making things happen, not stuck behind a desk!
What you’ll be doing:
- Finding and securing land & partnership opportunities
- Leading negotiations and getting deals done
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy
- Building a strong pipeline that actually delivers
