Job Position
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Land Manager to help drive the growth of our business by identifying, securing, and promoting high-quality residential development opportunities across our South Thames region.
Reporting to the Head of Land, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and promoting land opportunities in line with the Company's objectives. From initial site identification through to planning promotion, acquisition, and affordable housing disposal, you will manage the full development lifecycle of land opportunities.

What you'll be doing:
- Identify, appraise, and secure strategic land opportunities.
- Prepare and present land, planning, and financial appraisals.
- Lead on land negotiations through to acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with landowners, agents, promoters, and local authorities.
- Manage consultant teams and planning promotion strategies.
- Negotiate planning obligations and support planning applications.
- Lead on affordable housing disposals to Registered Providers.
Skills & knowledge you'll bring:
- Proven experience in residential land acquisition and/or strategic land.
- Strong understanding of the planning and development process.
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and deal-making skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently whilst contributing to and supporting the wider team.
