Senior Land Officer
Location: Midlands / North England (Hybrid, minimum 3 days on site)
Salary: DOE + Company Car + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced land professional to join a major infrastructure organisation delivering one of the UK's most significant energy transition projects.
This role offers the opportunity to lead land rights strategy and delivery across a nationally important programme that will help shape the future of the UK's energy network.
The Role
As Senior Land Officer, you will lead land rights, land acquisition and stakeholder engagement activities across a complex infrastructure programme. Working closely with project teams, landowners, and external consultants, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery while managing land-related risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead land rights and land acquisition activities across major infrastructure projects
- Manage external land agents and specialist consultants
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders
- Provide expert land advice to senior project teams
- Support the preparation of DCO and CPO documentation
- Manage programme, budget, and project delivery requirements
- Mentor and develop junior land professionals
About You
You'll ideally have:
- MRICS, AssocRICS, or equivalent experience
- Experience securing land rights on major infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of DCO, CPO, and land assembly processes
- Experience managing consultants and stakeholders
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects to programme and budget
- Full UK driving licence
