Senior Land Referencer

📍 Edinburgh (Remote) | £30,000 - £40,000

Peaple Talent is working with an established UK business specialising in land information, title searches, and land referencing, supporting major infrastructure and renewable energy projects across the UK.

They’re looking for an experienced Senior Land Referencer to take a lead role across major projects, combining technical land referencing expertise with leadership and stakeholder management.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading land referencing searches and research across relevant UK registers
  • Identifying and recording land interests for major infrastructure projects
  • Producing schedules, Books of Reference, and CPO plans
  • Using ArcGIS/GIS for mapping and data management
  • Supporting project delivery, quality control, and process improvements
  • Managing client and stakeholder relationships

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Strong land referencing experience
  • Experience with Scottish Sasine and land registration
  • ArcGIS/GIS experience
  • Experience producing schedules, Books of Reference, and CPO plans
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
