SHREWSBURY, UK (Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week)

A benchmarked salary between £37,720 to £42,720. Your salary level is determined by skills and experience within our progression framework.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Language Services Manager, you will bring strong experience in delivering digital marketing projects, ideally within an agency environment, and have a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple channels and cross-functional teams.

You will be naturally curious, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to enhance our language services offering and optimise existing processes. In addition, you will be commercially minded, supporting new business pitches and driving revenue growth through identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the existing client portfolio.

The overall purpose of this role is to support the Language Project Director to deliver best in class language services for clients. As Senior Language Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of language projects across your clients, ensuring they are driving performance whilst providing great customer service to clients.

The role will be dedicated to developing our International proposition within Croud. Delivering excellence across all content localisation, qualitative market insight and benchmarking and being the voice for international within the agency to identify commercial opportunities to grow the team and its capabilities within Croud.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage localisation, content creation, subtitling, voiceover and dubbing projects end-to-end
  • Scope projects, manage timelines, budgets and client profitability
  • Lead client communication, including status updates, project queries and stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external linguists to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Oversee QA processes, identify quality issues and implement improvement plans
  • Recruit, onboard and manage freelance linguists, providing feedback and performance insights
  • Support localisation strategy, process optimisation and adoption of localisation technology
  • Monitor content quality, performance and client satisfaction, taking action where needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams on resource planning, pitches and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute industry insights and uphold company values of passion, imagination and integrity

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • A relevant Project Manager qualification / marketing qualification
  • Experience and or knowledge of working across a variety of digital marketing channels
  • Experience with CAT tools, preferentially Phrase (formerly Memsource)
  • Demonstrable in-depth experience in project management
  • A self starter able to demonstrate innovation and initiative
  • Numerically confident with strong analytical skills
  • Highly organised multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills is ideal
  • Proven ability to influence, persuade and negotiate

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
