The role
You'll join our highly regarded Employment team, which has a strong and loyal client base. You'll guide businesses and individuals through complex employment law challenges, on matters that shape workplaces and change lives.
What you'll do
- Advise with authority: provide expert guidance across the full spectrum of employment law, from contracts, policies, disciplinaries and grievances to day-to-day HR queries.
- Lead contentious work: represent clients in Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and redundancy disputes.
- Shape strategic projects: advise corporate clients on large-scale restructuring, TUPE transfers and workforce planning.
- Be a trusted adviser: build lasting relationships with employers, HR professionals and senior executives on their most complex issues.
- Grow the team: drive business development through networking, thought leadership and new client opportunities.

About you
You're a senior employment lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience, ready for a role where your expertise is valued and your impact is visible. We'll consider applications at Principal Associate, Legal Director or Partner level. You'll bring:
- strong technical expertise across contentious and non-contentious employment law
- a proven track record in complex tribunal litigation and advisory work
- the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and referrers
- excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- exceptional written and verbal communication, with the confidence to work alongside clients, experts and counsel.
