Private Wealth Partner | Lead a New Practice | West End, London

This is an exceptionally rare opportunity to join one of London's most prestigious West End law firms at a pivotal stage in its growth.

For decades, the firm has built an exceptional reputation acting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, household names in the creative industries and successful business owners. With an enviable client base and a culture built around long-term relationships, they have become one of the most recognised names within their specialist sectors.

The next phase of their growth is the launch of a dedicated Private Wealth practice.

With an established Ultra High Net Worth Family team already advising wealthy individuals and families on complex family matters, there is significant untapped potential for a market-leading Private Wealth offering. The client relationships already exist and the firm is now looking for the right lawyer to build a department around them.

This is an opportunity to inherit referrals from an exceptional existing platform whilst using your existing relationships and contacts, creating something that is genuinely your own.

Why This Firm?

Few firms can offer the combination of brand recognition, client quality and entrepreneurial freedom available here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The firm acts for an outstanding portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, many of whom require sophisticated private wealth advice alongside the legal services they already receive. Their collaborative culture means partners work closely across departments, creating a steady flow of cross-referral opportunities and allowing lawyers to develop truly long-term client relationships.

The firm has invested heavily in its growth over recent years, attracting leading lawyers across a number of practice areas whilst maintaining a refreshingly collegiate culture. Decisions are made quickly, bureaucracy is kept to a minimum and ambitious lawyers are given genuine autonomy to shape their own practice.

Modern West End offices, an exceptional support infrastructure and a partnership committed to strategic growth make this one of the most exciting opportunities currently available in the London private wealth market.

The Opportunity

The firm is looking to appoint a Private Wealth Partner to establish and lead the department. This role would suit either an established Junior Partner looking for a stronger platform or an ambitious Senior Associate who is ready to take the step into partnership with the support of an exceptional firm behind them.
