We are working with a top-tier law firm who are looking for a Lawyer to join their Energy team. This role can be based in London or Bristol.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Renewable Energy Finance team, advising lenders, sponsors and other market participants on complex clean energy financing transactions across renewable and renewables-adjacent technologies.

The role will involve leading construction, operational and development financings, acquisition facilities and mezzanine financings, including drafting and negotiating LMA facility agreements, security, intercreditor and ancillary project finance documentation.

Essential Criteria:

  • 3-8 years’ PQE;
  • Strong project finance law experience;
  • Strong drafting abilities;
  • Strong commercial awareness;
  • Experience in business development;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Team player;
  • Technically excellent.
