We are working with an international UK law firm based in London for a lawyer to join their TMT team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a market-leading TMT team, advising major corporates, technology providers, financial institutions, and public sector organisations on complex and business-critical technology projects. The team advises across technology sourcing, outsourcing, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, cloud, AI, and major digital transformation programmes in the UK and internationally.

The role involves drafting and negotiating complex technology and commercial contracts, including outsourcing and managed services agreements, software development and licensing arrangements, SaaS, cloud computing, and technology implementation agreements.
Essential Criteria:
- 4-10 years’ PQE;
- Strong TMT background;
- Technically excellent;
- Excellent academics;
- Willingness to engage with business development initiatives;
- Willingness to mentor junior members of the team;
- Commercial awareness;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team-oriented.
