As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking to add an exceptional recruiter to the team.
The Opportunity
This isn't a traditional recruitment role.
We're looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to help build a business, not simply work for one.

You'll join a small, ambitious team and work directly alongside the founders as we continue to expand our presence across payments, fintech, and digital assets globally.
You'll have the autonomy to build your own market, develop client relationships, shape your own success, and play a genuine role in the long-term growth of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Winning and developing new client relationships
- Managing recruitment processes from brief to placement
- Building and nurturing senior candidate networks
- Delivering retained and contingent search assignments
- Providing market intelligence and hiring advice to clients
- Contributing to the growth and reputation of Stack Recruitment
- Developing your own specialist niche within our broader market
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 5+ years recruitment or executive search experience
- Demonstrable track record of business development and client acquisition
- Strong billing history
- Ability to manage recruitment processes end-to-end
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach

Experience recruiting within one or more of:
