Lead Engineer - Monday to Friday
Local to Spalding, Holbeach, Boston, Sleaford
Monday-Friday | No Weekends or Bank Holidays
Up to £55,000 + additional benefits

This is a great opportunity to join a family-oriented food manufacturing business as an Engineering Lead, where you'll still have a hands-on technical role but take real ownership of the engineering function.
You'll lead and develop a multi-skilled engineering team, drive improvements, manage PPMs, support projects and contractors, and help take the site's engineering performance to the next level.

What we're looking for:

- Multi-skilled Electrical/Mechanical engineering background
- Food/FMCG manufacturing experience
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Essential: Boiler & Steam experience - you must be confident working with steam systems and associated equipment
