Senior Lead Generator
Location: City of London (Office-based)
Salary: £37,000–£39,000 base + uncapped commission
High Performance Outbound Sales Role
We’re hiring a Senior Lead Generator to join a fast growing, high performing sales team in the City of London. This is a high volume outbound calling role where activity, resilience, and results are rewarded.
You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline, engaging B2B prospects, and creating qualified opportunities for senior sales teams.
The Role
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- Engage decision-makers and introduce services confidently
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Build early-stage relationships and uncover client needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Consistently hit and exceed call and pipeline targets

- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or high volume calling
- Strong communicator with confidence on the phone
- Target-driven with a resilient, proactive mindset
- Highly organised with a strong work ethic
