You will provide leadership across the full programme lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development through to technical implementation, user adoption, operationalisation, and benefits realisation.

This role requires the ability to lead large-scale change initiatives involving technology, processes, and people. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to define strategic direction whilst ensuring successful delivery through effective programme governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and behavioural change activities.

From auditing and optimising existing deployments to designing and implementing scalable compliance architectures, you will provide strategic, programme and technical leadership across projects, acting as a trusted advisor, transformation lead and subject matter expert. You will help clients successfully deliver technology, process and organisational change, ensuring Microsoft Purview capabilities are effectively adopted and embedded within the business.

Specific tasks may include:

  • Leading complex Microsoft Purview transformation programmes that span technology implementation, process improvement, governance development and organisational change.
  • Defining strategic roadmaps and implementation plans that enable clients to improve data governance, compliance, information protection and risk management capabilities.
  • Managing project delivery activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery milestones, risks, dependencies and customer objectives are effectively managed.

  • Providing strategic guidance to senior business and technology stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading workshops with executive, business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, success measures and future-state operating models.
  • Managing and mentoring delivery teams across multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and supporting consultant development.
  • Supporting the growth of Bridewell's Microsoft Purview services through capability development, thought leadership and contribution to go-to-market initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
