Senior Lead, Oracle Fusion HCM Strategy & Advisory
Global Charity | Circa £80,000 | Remote or Hybrid Working
Are you an Oracle Fusion HCM expert looking to use your skills to support an organisation making a difference on a global scale?
We are partnering with a leading international charity to appoint a Senior Lead, Oracle Fusion HCM Strategy & Advisory. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a major global Oracle Fusion HCM transformation, helping to shape the future of HR technology, processes and user experience across a complex international organisation.
Acting as a trusted adviser and internal consultant, you will work closely with senior HR, technology and transformation leaders, ensuring the Oracle Fusion HCM solution is designed and implemented in a way that genuinely meets organisational needs. You will provide independent challenge, expert advice and strategic guidance, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and maximising the long-term value of the programme.
We're keen to hear from candidates who bring:
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Experience supporting large-scale Oracle implementations or transformations
- A strong understanding of HR processes, operating models and people systems
- The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across HR, technology and business functions
- Experience navigating complex, global or matrix organisations
- A consultative approach, with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive better outcomes

Charity sector experience is not required. We welcome applications from all sectors, including private, public and not-for-profit organisations. Experience working within a global or international environment would be advantageous, but the most important factor is a proven track record of successfully supporting complex Oracle Fusion HCM programmes and organisational transformation.

Salary: Circa £80,000
Location: Fully remote or hybrid (London office available)
Contract: Permanent

Desired Skills and Experience
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Experience supporting or advising on large-scale Oracle implementations
- Strong understanding of HR processes, people systems and organisational design
- The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across complex organisations
- Experience working across multiple teams, functions and competing priorities
- A consultative mindset, with the confidence to challenge, advise and shape decision-making
- A passion for driving adoption, improving user experience and delivering sustainable change
Charity experience is not required. We welcome applications from all sectors, including private, public and not-for-profit organisations. Experience within a global or international environment would be advantageous, but what matters most is your ability to navigate complexity, build strong relationships and maximise the success of Oracle Fusion HCM programmes.
