About Us

Napo started with a dog. Our founder JP struggled to get decent insurance for his dachshund, Napoleon, as he got older. When Napo passed away, JP built the company he wished had existed, one that actually looks after pets and the people who love them.

That's still the whole point. We offer lifetime cover up to £16,000 a year, free 24/7 vet video calls through FirstVet, and we pay vets directly so owners aren't stuck managing bills while their pet's unwell. We're proud to be a Which? Best Buy, rated Defaqto 5-star and Excellent on Trustpilot, and we back that up where it counts too, with a 95% claim acceptance rate and most claims settled within 5 days.

We're a small team building something people notice. Everyone at Napo owns real problems and sees their work go live fast, no bureaucracy, no waiting around for six people to sign off. If you want to do work that changes how pet owners experience insurance, and see the impact within weeks not years, we'd love to hear from you. 🐾

Why join us

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We're a bit obsessed with getting things right for pets and the humans who love them. That's the whole point of Napo, and it's why we need people who care about doing the work well, not just doing it.

If that sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to hear from you. Come help us build a better way to insure pets. 🐾
