About the Role

Kwalee’s Product & Growth team is looking for a Senior or Lead Product Manager to shape what comes next in our live games: what we change, why, and what it will earn.

You’ll team up with our Executive Producers: they lead how we build; you lead what we build and why, and together you make our games better and better.

We’ll match the title to your experience. This role is for you if you’re a product leader who loves living in player data, forming bold hypotheses about retention, engagement, and monetisation, running clean experiments, and turning results into confident decisions.

This role is based onsite 5 days per week at our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand the games inside out. Know the key numbers for each game, find the biggest opportunities in retention, engagement, economy, and monetisation, and size them.
  • Start with a hypothesis. Turn every opportunity into a clear hypothesis with a success metric, so every feature ships with a purpose.
  • Run experiments that decide. Design A/B tests with our product analysts, read them with an open mind, and decide together with the producer what ships next.
  • Shape the roadmap. Build and prioritise the game roadmap with the Executive Producer, ranked by the value it will create.
  • Connect growth and product. Bring what UA and creative learn about our players into the games, and work with monetisation on the best player experience.
  • Grow the product craft. Guide our product analysts and help set how we do product across the portfolio.
  • Spot tomorrow’s hits. Bring a product view to our most promising new games as they grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
