Senior Recruiter (Full time, 5 days in office)

Location: Central London
Salary: Competitive

I am partnering with a rapidly growing international critical infrastructure business that is expanding its footprint across Europe and other global markets, looking to appoint an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys owning the end-to-end hiring process and partnering closely with business leaders to attract high-calibre talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering recruitment across a range of specialist and leadership-level positions.

What you'll do:

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for positions across multiple business functions
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies and workforce plans
  • Proactively source, engage, and assess high-quality talent through a variety of channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and competitor intelligence to stakeholders
  • Drive recruitment processes from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring experience
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices

Who you are:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruitment Consultant
  • Experience having worked as a Manager or Senior Manager
  • Experience within the data centre industry is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple disciplines
  • Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge where appropriate
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to provide recruitment market insights and hiring recommendations
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional hiring and candidate experience
