We're looking for a Senior Lead Talent Engagement to join our Global Talent & Learning Centre of Excellence (CoE). This is an exciting opportunity to influence how we attract, engage, develop, and retain talent across a truly global organisation.
Working with colleagues and leaders around the world, you'll lead key talent and employee experience initiatives, helping to shape the future of work at Sulzer. From improving onboarding and internal mobility to enhancing employee listening programmes and talent processes, you'll play a visible role in delivering projects that matter.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading global talent and employee experience initiatives, including Voice of Sulzer, Talent Marketplace, and Internal Mobility.
- Improving how employees and candidates experience key people processes, from recruitment through to onboarding and development.
- Partnering with HR teams and business leaders globally to deliver talent projects and drive continuous improvement.
- Supporting the evolution of our talent technology, including Workday.
- Helping shape talent attraction strategies and ensuring our recruitment processes support business success.
- Turning ideas into practical, scalable solutions that improve the employee experience across Sulzer.

What We're Looking For
You will have a broad HR background and experience in areas such as Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Transformation, HR Consulting, or HR Project Management.
Most Importantly, You Will Be Someone Who
- Enjoys leading projects and delivering tangible results.
- Can build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Enjoys solving problems and improving the way things work.
- Is comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives independently.
