Overview

Creative Design – who are we?

We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 80 people, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers all over the globe. By harnessing outstanding, innovative, and creative talent, we transform the way our clients communicate, connect, and engage with their projects.

Your role

As an Experience-led UI Designer, you will create engaging interfaces and digital touchpoints for immersive experiences, live events, exhibitions, installations, and experiential campaigns.

  • You'll help shape how audiences interact with digital content in both physical and virtual environments, combining strong visual design skills with an understanding of interaction, storytelling, and spatial experiences.
  • You will strive to deliver brilliant experiences every time that capture audiences through design excellence and interactivity.
  • By holding high standards, you will be a champion for creative quality, being solutions focused to achieve project goals.

About you

  • Previous experience as a UI Designer within a creative, experiential agency, experiential, events, exhibition, immersive, gaming or digital experience environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design across interactive experiences, immersive installations, event technology, touchscreen applications, experiential websites, digital products, or branded environments.
  • Strong understanding of designing interfaces for physical and digital experiences, including live events, exhibitions, spaces, and experiential marketing environments.
  • Expertise in visual interface design; interaction design, layout, typography, colour theory, grid systems, and responsive design, with a keen eye for detail and craft.
  • Experience creating intuitive user interfaces for immersive displays, touchscreen experiences, wayfinding solutions, or immersive digital environments.
  • Ability to translate complex narratives, brand stories, and event objectives into engaging digital experiences that captivate audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and modern prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate motion, interaction, and experience flow effectively.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to embed AI into design and product workflows, using AI-assisted design, rapid prototyping, and vibe coding approaches to increase speed, creativity, and experimentation while ensuring delivery of user-centred, production-ready solutions.
  • Deliver strong UX expertise, facilitating user workshops and discovery sessions, mapping end-to-end user journeys and flows, and translating complex processes, data, and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and user-centred experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Experience collaborating closely with developers, visualisation specialists, and production teams to deliver high-quality interactive experiences.
  • Understanding of spatial and experiential design principles, with an appreciation of how users interact with digital content within physical environments, such as 360 immersive displays.
  • Confidence presenting ideas, concepts, and design rationale to clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience working on projects from concept through to delivery, including design development, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • A passion for emerging technologies; immersive media, AI-enabled workflows, real-time engines, and innovative interaction techniques, being proactive in exploration of embedding new technologies into client solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments, managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong capability in interface design, layout, typography, colour, grids, and responsive design.
  • Experience designing experiential, modern websites that blend storytelling, interaction, and visual craft.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, scalable solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
