Candidate Profile
Key Requirements
✔ 8+ years of senior leadership experience in banking or financial services ✔ Deep expertise in one or more functions such as:
- Risk, Audit & Compliance
- Finance, Treasury & Deals
- Credit & Banking
- Operations, Strategy & Customer
- Technology, Payments & Specialist Functions ✔ Strong understanding of emerging markets, preferably within Africa ✔ Proven ability to operate at executive or board level ✔ Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
