Location Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) (Open to diaspora candidates based in Europe, particularly London and Paris)

Candidate Profile

Key Requirements

✔ 8+ years of senior leadership experience in banking or financial services ✔ Deep expertise in one or more functions such as:

  • Risk, Audit & Compliance
  • Finance, Treasury & Deals
  • Credit & Banking
  • Operations, Strategy & Customer
  • Technology, Payments & Specialist Functions ✔ Strong understanding of emerging markets, preferably within Africa ✔ Proven ability to operate at executive or board level ✔ Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
