About the Opportunity Equity BCDC is entering a significant phase of expansion, with a clear ambition to scale from 5 million to 30 million customers by 2030. Candidate Profile
- Senior leadership experience in banking or financial services (8+ years)
- Deep expertise in one or more of the functions listed above
- Strong understanding of emerging markets, ideally within Africa
- Proven ability to operate at executive or board level
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
