Job Title

Term Time Only (36 hours a week over 40 weeks a year)

About the Role

Our Senior Learning Coaches support students to succeed in achieving learning goals and qualifications to enhance progression opportunities and life skills. They also assist with the planning and delivery of teaching sessions, learning and assessment for learners with learning disabilities/difficulties including autism and complex needs.

Key Requirements

  • Recent experience of working with and supporting students aged 16-25 with a range of needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly in response to changing curriculum needs and the needs of individual students.
  • Positive can-do attitude and an enthusiastic personality.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • High level of computer literacy.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience of working in a specialist school or college.
  • Experience of sourcing work experience placements for young people with additional needs.
