Senior Learning Consultant – AI & ML Engineering
£75,000 - £85,000 | Remote working
We’re working with a leading technical training & enablement organisation looking to hire Senior Learning Consultants across AI & ML Engineering.
They operate at the forefront of AI, ML & Data - training AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists & technical leaders within some of the world's leading technology organisations.
You’ll work across areas that align with your own technical experience, so you don’t need to be an expert across the entire AI/ML landscape, and you’ll receive ongoing upskilling in the latest AI technologies & wider AI portfolio.

The role will involve a mix of:
- Delivering advanced technical AI & ML training to Engineers, Data Scientists & other technical professionals
- Designing and developing curriculum & learning solutions
- Working with enterprise clients to understand their technical learning needs
- Developing your own technical knowledge across emerging AI/ML technologies
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI/ML technologies – this could include areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI/LLMs or MLOps.
- Previous training, teaching or mentoring experience would be valuable, but we’re also interested in experienced AI/ML professionals who have the communication skills and interest to move into a training/consulting-focused role.
