Senior Training Consultant - Key Info

Role: Senior Training Consultant

Salary Banding: Upwards of £55k based on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Based in: Soho, London with regular travel to client sites across the UK.

Requirements: estimating 3 days+ in-person (travel expenses to client site are generally covered)

Core Skills and Experience

This role works on assignments across our full spectrum of clients managing own delivery of specific inputs.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end training and learning activities across large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing training strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Designing and developing training materials, learning journeys, curricula and supporting collateral.
  • Facilitating engaging face-to-face and virtual training.
  • Managing training schedules, logistics and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery.
  • Working closely with Change, communication and programme teams to ensure learning activities are integrated into the wider transformation approach.
  • Supporting Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer to client teams.
  • Producing clear client correspondence and weekly reports.
  • Managing and supporting client workstreams, ensuring delivery to agreed quality standards.
  • Actively contributing to the development of Sysdoc's Learning capability by introducing new tools, methods and approaches.

Must have knowledge and experience in:

  • 5+ years' experience delivering training or learning activities within transformation programmes.
  • Demonstrable experience leading training workstreams on ERP or technology-enabled transformation projects.
  • Strong experience conducting Training Needs Analysis, curriculum design and learning strategy development.
  • Experience designing and delivering both classroom and virtual learning solutions.
  • Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting or delivering SAP training programmes, preferably S/4HANA.
  • Experience with learning development tools such as SAP Enable Now, Articulate Rise, Storyline or similar is highly desirable.
  • Experience delivering Train-the-Trainer and end-user training programmes.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Language skills are advantageous.
