Description
We're looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy Senior Learning Developer to support a team of technical specialists who deploy and support some of the world's largest AI factories and advanced computing environments.
Responsibilities
- Transform technical content into impactful videos, animations, presentations, quick-reference guides, and other learning assets
- Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and video content with a strong emphasis on Adobe After Effects
- Leverage generative AI tools to shape content, accelerate production, explore creative solutions, and enhance learning experiences
- Apply established brand standards across all deliverables
- Adapt development approaches to support both rapid-turnaround projects and polished learning experiences
- Partner with subject matter experts to clarify complex concepts and address content gaps
- Independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines using project management and collaboration tools
- Publish, maintain, and optimize learning content within learning management systems

What We Need to See
- 8+ years of experience in learning development, instructional design, or a related field
- Ability to collaborate effectively among distributed teams - daily overlap with U.S. Central Time
- Experience supporting learning programs in AI, infrastructure, data center, cloud, engineering, or other highly technical environments
- Visual design and information design skills supported by a strong portfolio - preferred
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects, along with proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing tools
- Experience working with generative AI tools while maintaining ownership of creative, editorial, and instructional design decisions
- Experience with Adobe Learning Manager, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Lottie, or comparable content creation and animation tools
- Familiarity with Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar eLearning authoring platforms
