Senior Learning & Development Administrator

We have a new opportunity for a Senior Learning & Development Administrator to join our team in Oldham.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, working 28 hours per week from Monday to Thursday, on a hybrid working basis.

The Learning & Development team supports colleagues across the business by providing access to training and development opportunities that help them succeed and grow. As a Senior Learning & Development Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for L&D enquiries, delivering excellent customer service to colleagues, managers and external training providers.

In this role, you will use systems including Oracle, to manage training bookings, maintain learner records and support the delivery of learning activities. You will also help colleagues access training in a virtual environment, resolve queries and adapt your communication style to effectively support people from all areas and levels of the business.

What we are looking for

We are a resident-focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced administrator, but you will also enjoy helping others, be comfortable working with systems and data, and be able to adapt your approach to meet the needs of a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders. You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of working within a customer service environment.
  • A broad range of administrative experience.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
