Addleshaw Goddard Learning and Development
We're looking for a Senior Learning & Development Advisor to play a key role in building the skills, behaviours and commercial acumen our people need to deliver our firm's strategy and thrive in a rapidly evolving legal profession. You will partner with our legal and business services teams internationally, identifying capability needs and then designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that support performance, career development and future workforce readiness.
In this role, you'll lead on career development programmes, learning pathways and strategic talent initiatives, including AI enablement. You'll build trusted relationships with partners and senior leaders, translate business challenges into practical learning solutions, and help colleagues develop confidence in the effective use of emerging technologies and AI-enabled ways of working.

You'll design and facilitate face-to-face, virtual and digital learning for diverse audiences and levels of seniority, creating bespoke team sessions linked to strategic outcomes. You'll also coach and support leaders, champion a culture of curiosity and continuous learning, and promote the responsible use of AI to enhance individual, team and organisational performance.

You'll be joining an established and highly regarded L&D team within our HR function, working alongside experienced colleagues on firm-wide projects in a collaborative, down-to-earth and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
- Strong end-to-end L&D experience
- Excellent consulting and stakeholder skills
- Proven facilitation capability
- Curiosity about emerging technologies (including AI)
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
