Phi Management Group is looking for an experienced Senior Learning & Programme Design Lead to join us immediately on a major international executive development programme. This is a client-facing position, initially for six months, with the possibility of renewal.
Base: UK or Europe | Immediate Start | 6-Month Part-Time Contract, with Possible Renewal

The Role
This is a senior, client-facing, part-time assignment. The initial contract is for six months, with the possibility of renewal. It combines learning design expertise, strategic thinking and programme leadership. You will be Phi's main point of contact for the client and will own the strategic direction, design quality and overall coherence of the programme.

You will:
- Lead the project team, ensuring coordination, accountability and timely delivery
- Represent Phi in strategic client meetings and key programme decisions
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the client's senior stakeholders
- Engage directly with universities, business schools, faculty and learning partners
- Review and challenge programme outlines, content, methodology and learning activities
- Work with subject-matter experts to strengthen materials and ensure consistency across modules
- Validate final programme outputs before client approval
Who We're Looking For
10+ years in executive education, leadership development, instructional design or L&D consultancy, with:
- Deep expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- A track record designing or overseeing senior-level L&D programmes
- Proven experience working directly with clients at senior level
- Strong judgement, discretion and professionalism, even under pressure
- Excellent English communication skills
- Relevant certifications in learning design, leadership development or facilitation (advantageous)

Selection Process

- Competency-based interview
- Practical case: review a learning programme and present your recommendations
- Final discussion with Phi senior leadership on scope, ways of working and availability
