Senior Learning Specialist (Product Design & Delivery Trainer)

Location: Hybrid (London/Home Based)

Shape the Next Generation of Product Professionals

At QA, we're helping organisations develop the AI, technology and digital skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. We're looking for an experienced product professional who is passionate about helping others learn and apply modern product practices.

This is not a traditional training role.

We're seeking a senior practitioner with substantial experience in product management, product ownership, product discovery, UX, business analysis, or digital delivery who can bring real-world credibility into the classroom. You'll help learners develop the skills, mindset and practical capabilities needed to discover, design, prioritise and deliver successful products in modern organisations.

You will combine expert facilitation with deep product knowledge and practical AI experience to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that deliver measurable outcomes for learners and clients alike.

What You'll Do

Deliver Outstanding Learning Experiences

  • Facilitate high-quality product learning programmes across virtual, classroom and client-site environments.
  • Deliver engaging, experiential learning that enables learners to apply concepts through practical activities, simulations and real-world scenarios.
  • Teach product discovery, product design, stakeholder management, prioritisation, road mapping, delivery and product measurement.
  • Support learners throughout their learning journey, providing guidance, coaching and post-course support.

Bring Modern Product and AI Practice to Life

  • Share practical experience gained from working in product, delivery or digital transformation environments.
  • Demonstrate how modern AI tools can accelerate discovery, analysis, decision-making and delivery.
  • Introduce learners to contemporary approaches including AI-assisted product practices, agentic workflows and emerging product technologies.
  • Help learners confidently apply product thinking in complex organisational settings.

Influence and Improve

  • Contribute subject matter expertise across the Product Design and Delivery portfolio.
  • Support the enhancement and customisation of learning content and programmes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve learner experience, course effectiveness and business performance.
  • Build strong relationships with learners, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for QA and our learning philosophy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
