An exciting opening has arisen for a Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a specialist team in London.
You’ll be part of an established, close-knit team in a Legal 500 ranked London law firm. You’ll be able to work with a lot of autonomy and have a varied desk of interesting work to get stuck into from day one.
This is a 12-month FTC. Though looking at their pipeline of work, there is potential for this to be a permanent position.
This role is ideal for a specialist leasehold enfranchisement Solicitor seeking autonomy, flexibility, and a collaborative environment with high-calibre work and dedicated support.
You can expect hybrid working from day one.

Their established Leasehold Enfranchisement team has built an solid reputation advising high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, freeholders, and leaseholder groups across prime Central London and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a diverse, high-value caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters from instruction to completion, including:
- Statutory and voluntary lease extensions
- Collective enfranchisement claims
- Right to Manage (RTM) applications
- Associated landlord and tenant advisory work
- Service and expand upon the firm’s existing, premium caseload while nurturing your own professional network and client following.
- Deliver technically rigorous, commercially astute advice in a fast-paced setting.
- Actively liaise with specialist valuers, surveyors, managing agents, and other professional referrers.
- Stay ahead of ongoing legislative reforms, case law, and industry developments impacting the leasehold sector.

What you’ll need
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 5 PQE+ specifically focused on leasehold enfranchisement
- Proven track record handling complex claims for both landlords and tenants
- In-depth technical mastery of current leasehold legislation and procedural requirements
