We are currently recruiting for an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a specialist property team in South West London.
This is an opportunity to join a busy specialist practice where enfranchisement is a genuine area of focus, taking ownership of complex matters while also playing an important role in the supervision and development of junior fee earners.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of technically complex enfranchisement and landlord & tenant matters
- Statutory lease extensions
- Collective enfranchisement and freehold acquisitions
- Right of First Refusal and Right to Manage matters
- Missing landlord applications
- Deeds of variation and related leasehold matters
- Supervising and supporting junior fee earners
- Acting as a point of contact and escalation on more complex matters before director involvement is required
- Contributing to the continued development of the team and maintaining a high standard of client service

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong experience in leasehold enfranchisement and related landlord & tenant work
- Able to manage complex matters independently from instruction through to completion
- Confident supervising and mentoring junior fee earners
- Strong technical knowledge of statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement
- Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility within a specialist team
- Strong client management and communication skills.
