Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across accounting and finance modules.
- Develop and enhance curriculum to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students, fostering their academic growth.
- Conduct research and contribute to scholarly activities within the field.
- Engage with external stakeholders to enhance the relevance of programs.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in accounting and finance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
- Experience working in a senior role, such as Module Lead, Curriculum Manager, etc.
