About You
We are seeking enthusiastic and forward-thinking academics to join us as senior lecturers in digital finance and fintech. We want to speak to people with relevant subject expertise, a passion for developing others, and creative and collaborative mindsets. You will:
- Have current industry experience in blockchain development, quantitative financial analysis, regtech, or fintech data science
- Have a desire to shape our future curriculum and extend our existing portfolio of programmes to align with future needs
- Be passionate about supporting students into great graduate roles.
- Be committed to maintaining your external profile and contributing to the wider academic and professional community.
About Us
Our department is one of the largest and most vibrant Finance and Economics departments in the UK, with over 2,000 students and more than 80 academic staff. Our triple accreditation places us in the top 1% of business schools worldwide - a mark of excellence in both education and research.
We Are Currently Focused On
- Delivering a refreshed portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
- Expanding into emerging and interdisciplinary areas aligned with our strategic priorities and the future needs of graduate employers

Successful Candidates
Successful candidates will be invited to do the following:
- Take part in an interview with members of the department's senior leadership team.
- Deliver a 15 min presentation (with an additional 10 min Q&A time) to members of the department on a topic of the department's choosing.
