Senior Lecturer (International Education) – The Royal Marsden School

Band 8a | Permanent | Full-time or Part-Time Available

Location: Chelsea/Sutton (with international travel and online teaching opportunities)

We are now expanding our global reach, working with international partners, commissioners, and learners to share our expertise across borders.

In this internationally focused role, you will be part of a dedicated team of experienced Lecturers and Lecturer Practitioners, working closely with Programme Leads to deliver high-quality teaching across our post-registration and postgraduate programmes. These include bespoke short programmes and study days, delivered both in-person and through cutting-edge virtual learning platforms to a global audience.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping student learning by leading, coordinating, and delivering validated modules that reflect the latest advancements in cancer care. With opportunities to engage in clinical practice and contribute to scholarly activity, this role offers a unique platform to influence education and practice on an international scale.

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is a world-leading cancer centre. Our role is to offer our patients the best cancer care available anywhere in the world, and to continue to make a global contribution to finding better ways of diagnosing and treating cancer. We employ over 4,500 staff in a diverse range of careers including nursing, medical, science, radiography, pharmacy, occupational therapy, finance and administrative services. We have two hospitals – one in Chelsea, London, and one in Sutton, Surrey – as well as a Medical Daycare Unit in Kingston Hospital.
