Senior Legal Biller

We are looking for a Senior Legal Biller to join the Finance team of a leading international law firm in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong legal billing experience who enjoys handling complex, international billing matters and working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders.

The role will involve:

  • Managing complex legal billing using 3E (Elite 3E)
  • Preparing invoices, proformas, credit notes, and billing adjustments
  • Handling multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional, and joint-matter billing
  • Working closely with Partners, Revenue Controllers, and international finance teams
  • Supporting monthly and quarterly billing cycles, WIP reporting, and month-end processes
  • Ensuring compliance with VAT requirements, client billing guidelines, and SRA Accounts Rules

  • Previous legal billing experience, ideally within an international or large commercial law firm
  • 3E experience is essential
  • Experience of complex billing, including multi-currency and international matters
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
