Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial & Corporate
Location: Central London (3 days per week on site)
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
Working Hours: Full Time

As our business continues to evolve and transform, we're looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our global Legal team and help support a wide range of commercial, corporate and strategic initiatives.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a global organisation during a period of significant commercial activity and transformation.
Working across multiple jurisdictions, you'll provide practical legal support on commercial contracts, corporate transactions, governance activities, intellectual property matters and strategic business initiatives. You'll partner closely with senior leaders across the business, playing a key role in supporting growth, value creation and operational excellence.

What Will You Do?
- Draft, negotiate and manage a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Support strategic partnerships, procurement, technology and transformation projects.
- Advise on corporate transactions, restructures and entity rationalisation activities.
- Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury and Company Secretarial teams on key workstreams.
- Support Board, shareholder and governance processes across the Group.
- Manage and protect TTC's global intellectual property portfolio.
- Advise stakeholders on legal, compliance and risk-related matters.
- Contribute to policy development and governance frameworks.
- Manage external legal counsel and legal spend where required.
- Act as a trusted adviser to business leaders, providing practical and commercially focused advice.
About You
Essential:
- Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in the UK, US, Canada, Australia or a European jurisdiction.
- 8-10 years' post-qualification experience gained in private practice, in-house or a combination of both.
- Strong commercial contracting experience across a broad range of agreements.
- Experience supporting corporate transactions, restructures or group reorganisation activities.
- Experience working with multinational organisations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and credibility with senior leaders.
- Able to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with a high degree of autonomy.

Desirable:
- Experience within travel, tourism, hospitality or other consumer-facing industries.
- Exposure to private equity-owned businesses or post-acquisition integration programmes.
- Additional language skills relevant to TTC's international markets.
