My client is a global business seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join the In-house legal team for a 12-month contract.
Reporting into the Head of Legal
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven lawyer to play a key role in supporting the business across a range of commercial contracts, procurement, litigation, data protection, IP, regulatory matters, and strategic projects.

The Role:
- Take ownership and work autonomously on international commercial projects.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Advising senior stakeholders across the business on legal and commercial matters.
- Supporting strategic procurement and supplier negotiations.
- Managing complex legal matters, including litigation, compliance, data protection, and regulatory issues.
- Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
